    The name of Sijeel is the name of the planet, and for the stones it is from clay omitting heat from planet Sijeel. In confirming to the saying of Allah the Most High: {That we may send upon them stones of clay,(33) Marked from your Lord for the prodigal.(34)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Zariyat] 51:33

    And for the name of the planet: {and rained on them stones from Sijeel, compacted (layer upon layer),}Truthful Allah the Great [Houd] 11:82

    And replied who has the knowledge of the Book so he said:


    In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful
    The planet's name in the Great Quran is [Sijeel], and for the stones it is clay and not solid but it is prepared to withstand the heat from the friction with the atmospheric shield due to sustainable extreme high temperature despite that it is clay in confirming to the saying of Allah the Most High: {He said: what is your errand, O messengers!(31) They said: We have been sent to a guilty people (32)That we may send upon them stones of clay,(33) Marked from your Lord for the prodigal.(34)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Zariyat] 51:31-34

    A Questioner asked so he said: When is the appointed time for the planet of the painful chastisement?

    And replied who has the knowledge of the Book so he said:


    In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful

    I came to you and the planet of the painful chastisement upon a decree made absolute in the grand Quran, so I call you to the rectification of what came in the grand Quran and that I argue with you in its scientific knowledge of physics upon the actual reality until it manifest to whom given the knowledge among you that it is the Truth, rectifying it the science and logic upon the actual reality, if the people did not believe in my mission; then Allah would make me appear by the planet of the painful chastisement at a night while they are humbled with humiliation, and Allah has made what you call it planet Nibiru it is a sign of ratification for the Awaited Mahdi the true from your Lord, and it is called in the Quran; planet Sijjeel, and it is located at the lowest of the seven earthly-planets, and it does not collide with earth but in fact passes by it, then it rains on it the inflamed stones of it, so Allah would annihilate whom He wills from among you, and chastises whom He wills, and saves whom He wills, then occurs a sign of the major signs of the Hour, indeed it is the rising of the sun from its setting, And Allah is a Witness and Guardian upon what I am say, Allah will reveal me with it over the worlds

    Perhaps one that would like to interrupt me and say: " Therefore when the Awaited Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni expects it?". Then I reply to him by the Truth and say: left for it a one fateful hour from the minute of the crescent's birth of the Al-Qaada for the year 1428 AH, and the fateful hour is a thousand lunar hours, and the thousand lunar hours is equivalent to thirty thousands earthly hours from your watches which is on your arms, till it passed and ended you would not be able to hasten one hour nor postpone. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {And they say: When will this promise be (fulfilled), if you are truthful?(29) Say: You have the appointment of a day which you cannot postpone by an hour, nor hasten on.(30)}Truthful Allah the Great [Saba] 34:29-30

    An every day He is in a different state because of the supplication from His servants, so if He wills He delays it more than that for every day He is in a different affair, Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {Say: My Lord would not care for you, were it not for your supplication. Now indeed you have rejected, so the punishment will must come.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Forqan] 25:77

    So if you rejected it will be a must come in the His known Hour and to Allah are all affairs returned, and I want for the survival and not perishing so do not postpone the believing in the true statement for the Reminder till you see the rocks of the painful chastisement, and Mohammad messenger of Allah forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family scared the disbelievers by the obvious smoke.

    A Questioner asked so he said: When was the last time the planet of chastisement Saqar came to earth?

    And replied who has the knowledge of the Book so he said:


    In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful

    Last time it came to earth in the era of the close friend of Allah Abraham and Lot. Abraham is the father of the Arabs, Christian and Jews,
    they are from Abraham's offspring, and for that Allah the Most High said: {In fact, We gave provision to these and their fathers, until life was prolonged to them. See they not then that We are visiting the land, curtailing it of its sides? Can they then prevail?}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Anbya] 21:44

    It means that the last time for the passage of the planet of chastisement before this time was in the era of the close friend of Allah Abraham a Lot forgiveness and peace be upon them, except this time is the closest of all the passages since that Allah have created the heavens and the earth in which forces the rise of the sun of its setting.

    A Questioner asked so he said: How many times in which this planet of chastisement had passed over earth?

    And replied who has the knowledge of the Book so he said:


    In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful

    A ratification to the True challenge in the decisive Book for the deniers in the Reminder. Allah the Most High said: {In fact, We gave provision to these and their fathers, until life was prolonged to them. See they not then that We are visiting the land, curtailing it of its extremities? Can they then prevail?}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Anbyã´] 21:44

    That is the planet of chastisement, it comes to earth from the extremities, so it appears to the people from the Pols area so it reduces it from the humans in every time it passes by it and this time is the closest of all, and it is the number twelve during the one universal cosmic year, it passed twelve times and the last of them is this time.

    Perhaps one would like to interrupt me and say: "And what makes you know that it is the number twelfth?". Then I reply to him and say: because I know that its one year equals a month for the other computation in the secrets of the grand Quran for the universal cosmic year, and the duration of the universal cosmic year is fifty thousand years, and the duration of its one month is exactly one orbit rotation of Saqar that passes over humans humans at the end of each month of the cosmic-universal year, in the meaning of: that the one year of the planet hell fire Saqar equals one month only from the universal cosmic year months and you are in the last twelfth month of the universal cosmic year.

    A Questioner asked so he said: What is the intention by the word of Allah the Most High: {He orders the Affair from the heaven to the earth; then it will ascend to Him in a day the measure of which is a thousand years as of what you count.(5)}[Al-Sajda]?

    And replied who has the knowledge of the Book so he said:

    In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful

    Verily that began from Allah's first command of obedience for the first Khalifa of the humans Adam -prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon him- to the last command of obedience for the last khalifa of Allah; the Awaited Mahdi, the time between them its measure of which is a thousand years as of what you count.

    And the meaning of His word the Most High: {as of what you count.} which means that the day is as a year in the computation and it is a day in spread-furbished land (inner- earth) that has two Easts and the deceptive messiah (antichrist, Al-Dajjal satan) has the mastery over it now, and its day is as a year of your years as Mohammad messenger of Allah -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family- told you that a day of the deceptive (Al-Dajjal satan) is as a year; which is as a year of your years, therefore, how many is the measure of a thousand years of the years in the spread-furbished land equals in the count of our days? Certainly according to the calculation of our days it will equal exactly = 360000 years

    Therefor how many is the one year with Allah in the Book? Since the one day is as one thousand years, then the one year is exactly = 360000 years according to the calculation of our days. Confirming with to the word of Allah the Most High: {And surely a day with your Lord is as a thousand years of what you count.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Hajj] 22:47

    Therefor exactly the one year = 360000 years according to our days, also the thousand years of the spread-furbished land (inner- earth) also equals 360000 of our years by the hour, minute and the second if you only know, and I would never increase to you a thing about the secrets of the computation in the Book unless my Lord wills a thing, my Lord encompassed all things with mercy and knowledge.

    Look at the gates of the spread-furbished land (inner- earth), a tunnel into the earth that you find it upon the actual reality with science and logic for people who know, and we shall issue to you on the other secrets if you only know. We are satisfied-enough now by clarifying the dwelling of Gog and Magog and the spread-furbished land (inner-earth), and the barrier of Dhul-Qarnain and the seven earthly planets, and what follow is the picture of the land with two Easts under the ground was captured by the satellites upon the actual reality.





    My Muslim brothers, verily the picture above the satellites captured it by the American agency NASA, and they did know that this would be a sign of ratification; in fact they weren't aware of this spread-furbished land (inner- earth), the matter astonished them and thought that in it a sun inside our earth, certainly they are wrong; in fact these rays that you see coming out from the earth's interior that is the sun which is facing the southern gate or the northern, and that is the radiation of the sun coming from the gate that it's facing it as we explained to you in details from the grand Quran. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {And He shows you His signs; which then of Allah’s signs will you deny?}Truthful Allah the Great [Ghafer] 40:81

    You find the Truth by the accurate precision of reality upon the actual reality.

    A Questioner asked so he said: Which towns that Allah chastised it before by the planet of chastisement?

    And replied who has the knowledge of the Book so he said:


    In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful

    Allah did not cut the land which in it Lot's town nor did Gabriel raise it til the dwellers of the heaven heard the rosters, and there are no chickens with the angels ! So let go of the nonsense superstitions from the interpretations of those who they say against Allah what they do not know, and surely what they said due to their misunderstanding to the word of Allah the Most High: {So when Our decree came to pass, We turned over it (what was) below it, and rained on them stones from Sijeel, compacted in consistency}Truthful Allah the Great [Hod] 11:82

    So they thought that Gabriel lifted the town and made what's above it (into) below it! But the Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni came to you by the true statement if you were to understand, then we clarified to you that He made above their land a planet was below it so it rained onto them from it rocks of clay marked (for punishment) with your Lord, and it is not far off from the unjust people, and it did not only rain on the town of Lot's people; in fact also on the whole towns of Abraham's people which Allah sent him to whom Allah had gave him the kingship and he thought that he is the undefeated power and claimed the divinity and said that he gives life and cause death so he kills whoever he wills and let go in life whom he wills! And Abraham said to him: {Surely Allah causes the sun to rise from the East, so do you make it rise from the West. Thus he who disbelieved was confounded. And Allah guides not the unjust people.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqara] 2:258

    And follow him many towns on the face of the earth And Allah destroyed them with the people of Lot an utter destruction, and Allah the Most High said: {Has not the story reached them of those before them — of the people of Noah and ‘Ad and Thamud, and the people of Abraham}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Tawba] 9:70

    The town of Lot's people is not but one of the chastised towns Of Abraham's people, and of these people had not believe Abraham except Lot forgiveness of Allah and peace be upon him and his family. In confirming to the word of Allah the Most High: {So Lot believed in him. And he said: I am migrating to my Lord. Surely He is the Mighty, the Wise.(26) And We granted him Isaac and Jacob,}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Ankaboot] 29:26-27

    Allah made his prophet Lot a caller to the Truth and made him a minister for Abraham, and the forbearing Abraham the friend of Allah refused to curse (pray against) his people and said: {And when Abraham said: My Lord, make this city peaceful, and save me and my sons from worshiping idols.(35) My Lord, surely they have led many men astray. So whoever follows me, he is surely of me; and whoever disobeys me, surely You are Forgiving, Merciful.(36)}Truthful Allah the Great [Ibraheem] 14:35-36

    But Allah responded to the prayer of His prophet Lot so He destroyed his people and the people of Abraham on the face of the earth altogether, and for that Allah the Most High said: {So when Our decree came to pass, We turned over it (what was) bellow it, and rained on it rocks from Sijeel that is compacted layer upon layer}Truthful Allah the Great [Hod] 11:82

    And Allah the Most High said: {Thus We turned over it (what was) below it, and rained upon them rocks from Sijeel}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Hijr] 15:74

    And it is clearing to you the difference between {rained upon them} also {rained on it} meaning: It rained over all of the earth, and the town of Lot is among them, and Allah made that of the Quran's secrets so it did not clear for you that it rained on all the earth so it does not show the planet of chastisement for the people except in the determined decree in the ascribed Book in time of dialogue before the appearing, and you did not question; by what Allah had chastised the people of Abraham? In fact they composed stories the relaters of stories which Allah had not authorized, and because the chastisement of Abraham's people was unknown so said whoever said: He chastised them by mosquitoes and a mosquito entered into the nose of Nimroud the son Kanaan who claimed divinity then Nimroud was hit by the shoe for forty years then his head exploded and the wing of the mosquito broke, and Allah gave the mosquito a choice by the world's kingship rather than her wing so she refused except that Allah returns her wing to her and for that said: If the world at Allah were to equal a mosquito's wing He would not watered from it to an unbeliever a sip of water.

    And these stories are not Jewish made but a composition came to instill fear in people but by this they violated the True statement for the Great Quran because Allah annihilated the folks of Abraham by the planet of the painful chastisement which it rained over the earth and Allah saved Abraham and Lot (Who directed them) to the land which is the honored Mecca that Allah had blessed for the nations, and Allah the Most High said: {And We delivered him and Lot (directing them) to the land which We had blessed for the nations.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Anbya] 21:71

    A Questioner asked so he said: What are the appointed times for the prayers from the Honorable Quran? And which is the middle prayer?

    And replied who has the knowledge of the Book so he said:


    In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful

    As for the appointed times of the five prayers which just came in the Great Quran that three of the five prayers Allah made their appointed times in (Zolfa) both parts of the night, in its beginning and the end of it. And the meaning of (Zolfa) is: The near time to the first part of the day and the last part of it. As for two of the prayers Allah made them during the day-light so both to be in the parts of the afternoon (Al-Aashey). And daylight time of the afternoon (Al-Aashey) is from (Al-Zuhor) after the sun declines of the middle of the sky and ends by the setting of the sun, and Allah the Most High said: {When well-bred, swift (horses) were brought to him at the afternoon (31) So he said, I liked the love the good things other than the remembrance of my Lord — until it (the sun) got hidden behind the horizon.}Truthful Allah the Great [Saad] 38:31-32

    Through this verse we understand that the daylight of the afternoon is (between) the first part of it when the sun is in the middle of the sky and the other part is at sunset. So the time of (Aasr) prayer ends by hiding the sun behind the horizon, then enters the appointed time for (Maghrib) after sunset prayer shell continue till the darkness of the night then enters the appointed time for (Esha) night prayer. And Allah the Most High said: {And keep up prayer at the two ends of the day and in the both parts of the night.}Truthful Allah the Great [Houd] 11:114

    As for the two parts of the day He is speaking about the daylight of the afternoon, and its two parts are the (Zuhor) in the first part of the afternoon at the time of (Zuhor) prayer and the last part is in the time of (Aasr) prayer till the sunset and the hiding of the sun behind the horizon.

    And for the both parts of the night we just cleared that (al-Zulfa) meaning the near time of the day-light, whether in part of the night's beginning which is the time of (Maghrib) and (Esha) prayers, or parts of the night's end which is the (Fajr) dawn prayer time and its appointed time stretches to the moment of the rising of the sun.

    Probably Ibn Omar or other than him would say: "But wait.. surely He means the both parts of the day are (Fajr) the dawn and (Maghrib) the after sunset, so how do you make the two parts of the day-light in the middle of it?". Then we say to him: Know that the daylight consist of (Al-Ghodow) which is from the rising of the sun till the middle and the tilting (declining of the sun in the sky) then enters the daylight of (Al-Aashy), and the parts of the day are (Al-Ghodow) and (Al-Aashy) which (Zuhor) prayer exactly contains both of them. And Allah the Most High said: {So bear patiently what they say, and celebrate the praise of your Lord before the rising of the sun and before its setting, and glorify (Him) during the hours of the night and parts of the daylight, that you may be well pleased.}Truthful Allah the Great [Ta-Ha] 20:130

    As for His word the Most High: {and praise of your Lord before the rising of the sun}Truthful Allah the Great, that is the praising appointed time for Allah in Dawn prayer (Fajr) and its appointed time ends by the rising of the sun, and its (the praising) appointed time from (Dolook) the inclining of the sun till the sunrise by rising of the sun.

    And as for His word the Most High: {and before its setting}Truthful Allah the Great, that is the praising appointed time for Allah in the after prayer (Al-Aaser), and the end of its appointed time by hiding the sun behind the horizon.

    And as for His word the Most High: {during the early hours of the night}Truthful Allah the Great, and it is the first part of its time starts from dusk after sunset till the (Ghasaq) start of the darkness of the night. And that is the appointed time for (Maghrib) and (Esha) prayers and they are close to each other, so the (Maghrib) prayer is from the sun hides behind the horizon till the incoming of the darkness (Ghasaq) then enters the appointed time for (Esha), and that is the early hours of the night. He means its first part of the night time from the dusk till the start of the darkness (Ghasaq).

    And as for His word the Most High: {and parts of the day}Truthful Allah the Great, and it is the meeting of the (Ghodow) first par of the day-light and the (Al-Aashy) afternoon, and their junction of both is in the appointed time for (Zuhor). Now I do not think someone will interrupts me to say but the meaning of His word "parts of the daylight" which its part is the dawn (Fajr) and its other part is (Aasr) the afternoon. So we say: but you repeated some prayers and lost others! So ponder very well in the verse you would find that He mentioned the prayer's appointed time of Dawn (Fajr) also the prayers' appointed time of (Aasr) the afternoon, then why do you think His word: {and parts of the day} that He means (Fajr) and (Aasr) prayers and He just mentioned them in His word the Most High: {and praise of your Lord before the rising of the sun, and before its setting}Truthful Allah the Great

    Therefor now you have no way but to be certain that really the (Zuhor) prayer is to be in the junction of the daylight's parts, the junction of daylight of (Al-Ghodow) late morning first part of the daylight and (Al-Rowha) the daylight of early afternoon contains both of them is the time of (Zuhor) prayer.

    Then we bring to you a verse from the Great Quran confirming what had been mentioned that the prayers are five and not three. And Allah the Most High said: {So glory be to Allah when you enter the evening and when you enter the morning.(17) And to Him be praise in the heavens and the earth, and in the afternoon, and when the day begins to decline.(18)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Roum] 30:17-18

    And to the coinciding interpretation by the Truth with the verses which we mentioned before: {So glory be to Allah when you enter the evening}Truthful Allah the Great, in fact "when" is the exact time being limited for the glorifying in the prayers. for that He says: {when}Truthful Allah the Great, but for the open praising it is in the volunteering and mentioning of Allah (Ziker), which it is in any time, as the example of His word the Most High: {Truly you have by day prolonged praising.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Muzamel] 73:7

    And for when the limiting just happened by His word: {when} so that is limiting the time, and that time just became known for praising to Allah in the obligatory (prayers), in confirming to the word of Allah the Most High: {Prayer indeed has been enjoined on the believers at fixed times.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nisa] 4:103

    The time of the obligatory prayers to be according to the limiting the praising time undoubtedly, and He means by that the praising for Allah in the obligatory prayers. Isn't it when you kneel you glorify and praise, and when you prostrate you glorify and praise, And Allah the Most High said: {So glory be to Allah when you enter the evening and when you enter the morning.(17) And to Him be praise in the heavens and the earth, and in the afternoon, and when you do Zuhor (prayer).(18)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Roum] 30:17-18

    And to the interpretation of: {So glory be to Allah when you enter the evening} and that is the time limiting for praising from dusk after sunset till (Ghasq) the beginning of the night's darkness, that is when you enter the evening which is the first (part) of the night, with that He means the (Maghrib) prayer from dusk after sunset till (Ghasq) the beginning of the night's darkness which is entering the appointed time of (Esha) prayer. So that is the meaning for His word when you enter the night, and it is (Zulafa) near the time of the first part of the night which is the (Ziker) mentioning of Allah and praising in Maghrib and Esha prayers.

    And as for His word the Most High: {and when you enter the morning.} that is the known time for mentioning Allah and the praising in the Fajr prayer.

    And as for His word the Most High: {and in the afternoon} that is the known time for Aasr prayer, and came coinciding to what had been mentioned, cleared and proved in the beginning of this statement that Afternoon is Aasr.

    And as for His word the Most High: {and when you do Zuhor (prayer)} that is the known time for Zuhor prayer.

    O (Hilmi 333) argue with them and will increase you with the knowledge that you bridle with it the doubters an utmost bridling, even though I see you says: "I'm not belying, I am not believing." But I see you believing and I hope from Allah to increase you enlightenment and to expand your chest and show you the Truth being true and to bestow on you following it and to make you show you the false being falsehood and to bestow on you the avoidance of it.

    And now we come to the mention of the middle prayer and He means of middle the timely side and not middle in numerically side, and Allah the Most High said: {You shall keep guard upon your contact prayers, especially the middle prayer, and devote yourselves totally to Allah}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqara] 2:238

    And this is a divinely command by keeping guard upon the five prayers and they are: Fajr, Zuhor, Aasr, Maghrib, and Esha. and we repeat to make mention of keeping guard upon the middle prayer considering its difficult appointed time, then He command us to do in it the devoting supplications for Allah and not to call other than Him nor we call with Him any one, also this prayer is being witnessed by the guarding and policing angels and that is the Fajr prayer.

    The Fajr prayer is the middle prayer, and entering its appointed time is the only known time in the Quran by the finest precision for the ignorant and the knowledgeable and that is in His word the Most High: {And eat and drink until the whiteness of the day becomes distinct from the blackness of the night at dawn}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqara] 2:187

    So its appointed time in the middle between the night and day, and that the moment of holding of food (Emsak). and the call (Azan) for Fajr and (Emsak) is together then they complete their fasting till the night which is Maghrib prayer (after sunset).

    Then we come to the mention of the five prayers with the making mention and clarifying which of them is the middle prayer, and that is in His word the Most High: {Keep up prayer from the declining of the sun till the darkness of the night, and the recital of the Quran at dawn. Surely the recital of the Quran at dawn is witnessed.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Isra] 17:78

    And this verse contains the five prayers with the clarifying which of them of the prayers, And Allah the Most High said: {You shall keep guard upon your contact prayers, especially the middle prayer, and devote yourselves totally to Allah.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqara] 2:238

Surely the recital of the Quran at dawn is witnessed.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Isra] 17:78

    So this verse He mentioned all the five prayers starting from the incline of the sun on earth from the east so it came clear to us the black thread becomes distinct from the white thread at dawn, so was that except because of the inclining the sun from the east, and that is the appointed time of Fajr the first what the sleeping worshiper does to implement it then continues in implementing the five prayers from the first of them at the inclining of the sun so He is clarifying to us the inclining of the sun by the appearance of the whiteness of the day by the east till the darkness of the night which is the last of the prayers and that is Esha prayer. Then we come to mention to the uprising and keeping up the middle prayer. And that is His word the Most High: {Surely the recital of the Quran at dawn is witnessed}Truthful Allah the Great

    Therefor the Fajr prayer is the middle prayer, in confirming to the word of Allah the Most High: {By the night when it covers,(1) And the day when it shines,(2)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Layl] 92:1-2

    And that is the night covers the daylight from the direction of the dawn so the night overlaps the daylight from the appointed time of Fajr dawn prayer causes the night to merge into the day which it pursues persistently. Therefor, Allah made an oath by the one time which is the appointed time of (Fajr) dawn.

    Also Allah's word the Most High: {And the night when it departed,(17) And the morning when it brightened,(18)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Takweer] 81:17-18

    As that Allah made a swear by the time of the Fajr prayer, so the meaning of His word: {departed} meaning: left and wiped out, and the morning brightness. Perhaps one of you wants to argue with me and say: But He made a swear by two appointed times which are the Maghrib by His saying "departed" and Fajr by His saying "brightened". Then I reply to him and say: But I do not explain the Quran by conjecture like you, but I say that He made an oath in this verse for one appointed time which is the fajr prayer. and come to teach you by the clearer proof to this verse, and Allah the Most High said: {And the night when it departed,(33) And the dawn when it shined,(34)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Mudather] 74:33-34

    So do you see the statement got clearer and brightened that it is one time and not two times?!! And the night when it departed, meaning it left, and the morning when it shined meaning it appeared. and this oath came to clarify other oath and it is: {And the night when it departed,(17) And the morning when it brightened,(18)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Takweer] 81:17-18

    We just taught you that the meaning of departed: it means left. And the morning when it brightened: it means appeared. And that is the middle prayer if you were to know. And it is the Fajr prayer but you calculated it from the numerical side that it is Aasr prayer, and the Quran calculated it from the timely side that it is the Fajr, and that because its appointed time being in the white thread. and the white thread is a middle line between the night and the day, and that because its appearance at the brightening of the day and departing of the night so it is in the middle for that the Quran names it the middle prayer. If you were to fear that you say of Allah what you do not know you would have returned to the Quran and Allah would never leave for you an argument, so will find that the Quran verifies it for you in a different location in the same subject, He just mentioned the middle prayer in an ambiguous verse in it is the mid prayer, But He made a signal for it which it is that prayer which the messenger of Allah had taught you that you devote in it for it is in the beginning of the daylight and before the start fleeing into business and it is upon you to rise up in it for Allah devoting by the supplication after the last kneeling (to prostrate). And Allah the Most High said: {You shall keep guard upon your contact prayers, especially the middle prayer, and devote yourselves totally to Allah.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqara] 2:238

    Then Allah clarified it for you in other verse and which it is the Quran uttered in it loudly, and Allah the Most High said: {Keep up prayer from the declining of the sun till the darkness of the night, and the recital of the Quran at dawn. Surely the recital of the Quran at dawn is witnessed.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Isra] 17:78

    So you received the same command in His word the Most High: {You shall keep guard upon your contact prayers, especially the middle prayer, and devote yourselves totally to Allah.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqara] 2:238

    In the meaning that you keep guard upon the five prayers, then He noted onto keep guard the middle prayer due to its difficult appointed time, the last part of the rest at the breaking of dawn, a caller gives the call and at this you hold off the food and off the drinks in the month of Ramadan. But unfortunately they made ​​the inclining is the disappearance as if that Maghrib prayer is the first! In-fact the inclining is the approaching of the daylight and it clears to you its appearance by it white thread toward the east side of the earth.

    So are you believing and following the one who guides to the straight path?

    In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful

    O nation of Islam, O pilgrims of Allah's sacred house I asked you by your Lord Who provided you with hearing, seeing and hearts don't you find that the shortened prayer is originally from the original prayer? In confirming to the word of Allah the Most High: {And when you journey the earth during war, there is no blame on you if you shorten the prayer, if you fear that those who disbelieve will give you trouble.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nisa] 4:101

    The question that the Awaited Mahdi directs it: Why do you alter the statement of the decisive Quran so you say upon Allah what He did not say? And that’s because you said that He means the shortening in the travel and it is two units so Allah commanded us to shorten it to one unit in the fear. Then the Awaited Mahdi reply to you by the repeated question: O nation of Islam, so how this rids, short of the short?! Didn't Allah make clear to you the the short is from the original prayer? In fact the shorting is the units to be shortened from two units to one unit except the Imam (leader of the prayer) does not pray it short. And Allah the Most High said: {And when you journey the earth during war, there is no blame on you if you shorten the prayer, if you fear that those who disbelieve will give you trouble. Surely the disbelievers are an open enemy to you.(101) And when you are among them and lead the prayer for them, let a party of them stand up with you, and let them take their arms. Then when they have performed their prostrations, let them go to your rear, and let another party who have not prayed come forward and pray with you, and let them take their precautions and their arms. Those who disbelieve long that you may neglect your arms and your baggage, in order to sway an attack upon you with a one sudden sway.(102)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nisa] 4:101

    Therefore Allah commanded you to shorten the prayer from two units into one unit except the Imam prays the obligatory prayer which is two units, as for the congregation group Allah divided them into two divisions so the first group prays with the Imam the first unit until he finished with the first half testimony of declaration (Tashahud) between the two units then he rise, then they salute and leave, so the other group comes, who did not pray, they complete with the Imam the second unit then they salute with the Imam after the completion of the last testimony of declaration (Tashahud). But you say against Allah what you do not know so you mixed up the prayers and for that you can never shorten the Maghrib in the short prayer if you feared that those who disbelieve will give you trouble, so how can you divide between the two groups in Maghrib prayer? Until you confess by the Truth in Allah's Book and in the True sunna of His messenger that the obligatory prayers are five and for each prayer two units in traveling and in local-presence, and in-fact the short prayer has a decisive condition in Allah's Book: {And when you journey the earth during war, there is no blame on you if you shorten the prayer, if you feared that those who disbelieve will give you trouble.}Truthful Allah the Great

    And perhaps one of the searchers off the Truth would interrupts me and say: "Wait, wait O Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni but the obligatory prayers in the sayings of the Sunna is not as you said from the Quran". Then the Awaited Mahdi reply to him: In-fact there still of the Truth found in the prophet's Sunna the true and from it a true saying from Aisha -may Allah be pleased with her- from Allah's messenger, but you interpret it with falsehood because it violated your desires, and in other narrations you add in it inclusion from your selves in the narration (Hadeeth), the Truth will agree with the Truth.

    [Son of Ishaq said: Salih the son of Kaysan told me from Orwa the son of Zubayer, from Aisha -may Allah be pleased with her, she said: The prayers obligated upon the messenger of Allah -forgiveness and peace be upon him- first it was obligated two units, two units for each prayer then Allah completed it four in the local-presence and fixed it in travel upon its first obligation two units.]

    Then the Awaited Mahdi replies to you and I say: O nation of Islam this (Hadeeth) narration is True for if they did not add the two units of Sunna to the obligatory (prayer) so they made it four in the local-presence, but for Fajr two and not four, but if we conclude the two units of the obligatory and the Sunna so definitely there will be four units, two units obligatory and two units Sunna, but the two units Sunna is a must if you entered the houses of Allah between the call for prayer (Azan) and Eqama, at that the sunna would be a must upon who entered the mosque between the call for prayer (Azan) and Eqama, so it is required for him not to sit until he prays for Allah two units Sunna. This is the explanatory statement of the True narration (Hadeeth), and not that the obligatory units are four in the local-presence, you do know that you pray two units for Fajr, in-fact the prayers are two units obligatory in travel and in the local-presence, and indeed you add in the local-presence two units Sunna so it became four units in the local-presence.. two units obligatory and two units Sunna between the call for prayer (Azan) and Eqama.

    Our previous fatwa that any scholar wants to have a dialogue with us in the statement of prayer he has to put down his name and his picture by his name and we have to make sure of the fact of his name and picture so we make a dialogue with a known personality by the society so when we bridle them by the Truth those who believed would increase in belief and others would believe And Allah purifies their hearts whom are still in their doubt they waver, and for that I do not want the dialogue with unknown characters and this condition we made it specifically of the prayers' statement only due to its importance and its seriousness.
