Marriage is twice and divorce is twice, and no divorce except by parting, nor separation before completing the prescribed period..

In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, and peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to the Lord of the worlds..

Allah the Most High said: {O Prophet, when you divorce women, divorce them for their prescribed period, and calculate the period; and keep your duty to Allah, your Lord. Turn them not out of their houses — nor should they themselves go forth — unless they commit an open indecency. And these are the limits of Allah. And whoever goes beyond the limits of Allah, he indeed wrongs his own soul. You do not know perhaps after that Allah would bring about an event.(1) So when they have reached their prescribed time, retain them with kindness or dismiss them with kindness, and call to witness two just ones from among you, and give upright testimony for Allah. With that is admonished he who believes in Allah and the Latter Day. And whoever keeps his duty to Allah, He ordains a way out for him,(2) And gives him sustenance from whence he imagines not. And whoever trusts in Allah, He is sufficient for him. Surely Allah attains His purpose. Allah indeed has appointed a measure for everything.(3) And those of your women who despair of menstruation, if you have a doubt, their prescribed time is three months, and of those, too, who have not had their courses. And the pregnant women, their prescribed time is that they lay down their burden. And whoever keeps his duty to Allah, He makes his affair easy for him.(4) That is the command of Allah, which He has revealed to you. And whoever keeps his duty to Allah, He will remove from him his evils and give him a big reward.(5)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Talaq] 65:1-5
{يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ إِذَا طَلَّقْتُمُ النِّسَاءَ فَطَلِّقُوهُنَّ لِعِدَّتِهِنَّ وَأَحْصُوا الْعِدَّةَ ۖ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ رَبَّكُمْ ۖ لَا تُخْرِجُوهُنَّ مِن بُيُوتِهِنَّ وَلَا يَخْرُجْنَ إِلَّا أَن يَأْتِينَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ مُّبَيِّنَةٍ ۚ وَتِلْكَ حُدُودُ اللَّهِ ۚ وَمَن يَتَعَدَّ حُدُودَ اللَّهِ فَقَدْ ظَلَمَ نَفْسَهُ ۚ لَا تَدْرِي لَعَلَّ اللَّهَ يُحْدِثُ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ أَمْرًا ﴿١﴾ فَإِذَا بَلَغْنَ أَجَلَهُنَّ فَأَمْسِكُوهُنَّ بِمَعْرُوفٍ أَوْ فَارِقُوهُنَّ بِمَعْرُوفٍ وَأَشْهِدُوا ذَوَيْ عَدْلٍ مِّنكُمْ وَأَقِيمُوا الشَّهَادَةَ لِلَّهِ ۚ ذَٰلِكُمْ يُوعَظُ بِهِ مَن كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ ۚ وَمَن يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يَجْعَل لَّهُ مَخْرَجًا ﴿٢﴾ وَيَرْزُقْهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَحْتَسِبُ ۚ وَمَن يَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللَّهِ فَهُوَ حَسْبُهُ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بَالِغُ أَمْرِهِ ۚ قَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدْرًا ﴿٣﴾ وَاللَّائِي يَئِسْنَ مِنَ الْمَحِيضِ مِن نِّسَائِكُمْ إِنِ ارْتَبْتُمْ فَعِدَّتُهُنَّ ثَلَاثَةُ أَشْهُرٍ وَاللَّائِي لَمْ يَحِضْنَ ۚ وَأُولَاتُ الْأَحْمَالِ أَجَلُهُنَّ أَن يَضَعْنَ حَمْلَهُنَّ ۚ وَمَن يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يَجْعَل لَّهُ مِنْ أَمْرِهِ يُسْرًا ﴿٤﴾ ذَٰلِكَ أَمْرُ اللَّهِ أَنزَلَهُ إِلَيْكُمْ ۚ وَمَن يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يُكَفِّرْ عَنْهُ سَيِّئَاتِهِ وَيُعْظِمْ لَهُ أَجْرًا(5)} صدق الله العظيم [الطلاق].

And to the True statement in fact I do not say upon Allah except the Truth..
O assembly of Muslims, Allah commanded if you divorced the women that the law dose not depend on applying the divorce by separation except after the completion of the appointed period of the divorce and it is three months for to be divorced (women) other than the pregnant ones and those who their husbands Allah puts them to death.
And the divorced woman should remain with her husband even if he divorced her (uttered) for thousand times, applying the divorce by separation should not happen unless by separation and applying the separation should not happen except after the completion of its appointed period which is three months.
And it is lawful for her occupying her husband's home until the completion the appointed term for applying the divorce by separation;
In the meaning of; that she do not seas of being his wife until the term is passed and the term it's period is three months for the menstruating that are not pregnant, and she does not seas of being lawful to him, so if the two who is married agreed and backed of the divorce before the term is passed so it is not considered a divorce a thing as long it did not come to its term which is three months of the divorced, and four months and ten days for the ones whom Allah made their husbands die.
And it is lawful for the divorced females to stay in their husband's homes so they are still lawful for them if they wanted to an agreement in backing off the divorce then the hugging as long the know term of the divorce did not come to its end. So she is still in the marriage licence of her husband until the term is passed and not allowed to her leave forcibly from her husband's home before coming of the divorce term unless if she commits a clear indecency. So keep you duty to Allah O crowd of the oppressors to the sisters of the Imam Mahdi in the religion of Allah the Muslim believing women so do not oppress them then force them to leave from their husband's homes in the instance of their divorce. And not allowed for the females to leave their families' home before the term is passed so you over pass the limits of Allah and who trespass the boundaries of Allah (he or she) just wronged them selves. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High:

And the purpose of their staying in their homes perhaps her husband's anger go away and then he regrets and back off the divorce before its term is passed, so they agree then they hug and the compassion and mercy between them returns greater then before. and that is the wisdom of her staying in her husband's home so it is not allowed for her to leave from her family's home because the pride overtake them to sin so he does not take her back to him even if they agreed on what is between them for returning to each other and for that Allah commanded you and them in staying in their homes and it is their husbands' homes. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {Turn them not out of their houses — nor should they themselves go forth — unless they commit an open indecency. And these are the limits of Allah. And whoever goes beyond the limits of Allah, he indeed wrongs his own soul. You do not know that Allah may after that bring about an event.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Talãq] 65:1
{ لَا تُخْرِجُوهُنَّ مِن بُيُوتِهِنَّ وَلَا يَخْرُجْنَ إِلَّا أَن يَأْتِينَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ مُّبَيِّنَةٍ ۚ وَتِلْكَ حُدُودُ اللَّهِ ۚ وَمَن يَتَعَدَّ حُدُودَ اللَّهِ فَقَدْ ظَلَمَ نَفْسَهُ ۚ لَا تَدْرِي لَعَلَّ اللَّهَ يُحْدِثُ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ أَمْرًا} صدق الله العظيم [الطلاق:1].

In that the wisdom rests by keeping her in, perhaps Allah brings about a situation which is the backing off out the divorce then the mutual agreement and hugging but before the term of divorce is applied after the known term is passed with the separation. And if they agreed and hugged before the known term is passed then it does not count as a lawful divorce for ever and ever and ever unless the term is passed.

If the term is passed which is the three months and they still did not agree and did not hug even if passed it by one day then she is not lawful for him except with new legal contract from her guardian who has in his hand the marriage contract then this is counted one divorce even if the husband said to his wife you are divorced thrice that is innovation that Allah did not decreed with it from an authority and it is not considered a law except the divorce term is passed and he is still persisting. Then it is applied legally with the separation unless the known term reached its time and and nothing happened before that which is the mutual agreement and the hugging, so then at the passing of the divorce term it is allowed for her to leave the house of her husband and complete the application of the divorce with the separation and it is considered a one time divorce only.

And if the the term is passed and she was sent to her family's home and then after that her husband wanted to returns her and she wanted to go back to her husband, it is not allowed for her guardian to refuse in writing the marriage contract as long she agreed to return in writing the contract with her first husband, he has the priority in her from other than him so let him do the contract with her husband in returning her to him. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {And when you divorce women and they end their term, prevent them not from marrying their husbands if they agree among themselves in a lawful manner.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah] 2:232
{وَإِذَا طَلَّقْتُمُ النِّسَاءَ فَبَلَغْنَ أَجَلَهُنَّ فَلَا تَعْضُلُوهُنَّ أَن يَنكِحْنَ أَزْوَاجَهُنَّ إِذَا تَرَاضَوْا بَيْنَهُم بِالْمَعْرُوفِ} صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:232].

And no marriage with out a lawful contract from her guardian who is in his hand the the marriage contract and he is her guardian and it is not allowed in marring her except with his permission of her guardian and it is allowed for her guardian to conduct the marriage contract two times only as the divorce is only two times. So there is no marriage except with contract, and the contract would not get unbind except with the end of the term period and if the period is passed and her husband wanted to return her he (the guardian) should make a new contract for him and to return her to her husband. And if he (the husband) divorced her for the third time and had come the term of the divorce then it passed the three months, so there she should be taken from the home of who was her husband then she is not lawful to unless she marry other husband. then if they were separated her and the new husband of her's and the term was passed and was taken to the house of her family, so if her first husband wanted to return her she is lawful to him after she married other husband with application of lawful contract from the guardian of her affairs.
And perhaps one of the nation's scholars would like to interrupt me and say wait.. wait.. Allah the Most High said:
{Divorce may be (pronounced) twice; then keep (them) in good fellowship or let (them) go with kindness.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah] 2:229
{الطَّلَاقُ مَرَّتَانِ ۖ فَإِمْسَاكٌ بِمَعْرُوفٍ أَوْ تَسْرِيحٌ بِإِحْسَانٍ} صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:229].

Then the Imam Mahdi Nasser Al-Yemeni reply to him and declare with the Truth and say: Our Allah yes the marriage is twice as the divorce is twice, and before I answer with details upon your question for the Imam Mahdi Nasser Al-Yemeni a question I want the answer from you of it O honored respectable sheikh, so explain to me if her husband divorced her for the third time is there a term period to be reckon and to calculate the period three months or that it is lawful for you to make her marry to who you willed before the term period is passed? And your answer is known; our Allah no until it is passed her term period for three months for the divorced females. And then I pass to him an other question, did Allah allow you to make them leave their homes before the end of their term period the three months for the divorced females? And the answer is; Allah just forbade removing her before the term period is passed the three months. So if it was the third divorce she stays in he husband's home until her term period the three months are passed, so if the three months passed which is 90 days then the sun was set on the last day of the nineteenth day and disappeared behind the horizon so there it completes the separation with the third divorce, so she is not to be lawful for him ever until she marry another husband because the contract is twice and not three times. Don't you see that you are oppressors? Keep your duty for Allah in your relatives and your women O crowd of Muslims perhaps you receive mercy.

And there is no term period for who she married and her husband did not come to his tilth and wanted to divorce her did not touch her with intercourse so no term period for her. So let him provide for her and set her free in goodly manner. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {O you who believe, when you marry believing women, then divorce them before you touch them, you have in their case no term which you should reckon. But make provision for them and set them free in a goodly manner.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Ahzãb] 33:49
{يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِذَا نَكَحْتُمُ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ ثُمَّ طَلَّقْتُمُوهُنَّ مِن قَبْلِ أَن تَمَسُّوهُنَّ فَمَا لَكُمْ عَلَيْهِنَّ مِنْ عِدَّةٍ تَعْتَدُّونَهَا ۖ فَمَتِّعُوهُنَّ وَسَرِّحُوهُنَّ سَرَاحًا جَمِيلًا} صدق الله العظيم [الأحزاب:49].

Let him give her half of the ordained dory that was agreed upon it. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {And if you divorce them before touching them, but after you had set the dowry for them, the compensation shall be half the dowry, unless they voluntarily forfeit their rights, or the party responsible for causing the divorce chooses to forfeit the dowry. To forfeit is closer to righteousness.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah] 2:237
{وَإِن طَلَّقْتُمُوهُنَّ مِن قَبْلِ أَن تَمَسُّوهُنَّ وَقَدْ فَرَضْتُمْ لَهُنَّ فَرِيضَةً فَنِصْفُ مَا فَرَضْتُمْ إِلَّا أَن يَعْفُونَ أَوْ يَعْفُوَ الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ عُقْدَةُ النِّكَاحِ ۚ وَأَن تَعْفُوا أَقْرَبُ لِلتَّقْوَىٰ} صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:237].

And Allah taught you that to forfeit is closer to righteousness as long he did not enjoy a thing by her, and lawful for her the marriage even if it is after her departure from her husband's home directly, it is allowed for her guardian to do her marriage contract with another one if he came forward (asking her marriage) for there is no term period law (in this case).

O nation of Islam I ask you to witness upon all the nation's scholars who was for him any objection in the rule of the marriage and divorce in the law of the Imam Mahdi who is the same law that Mohammad the messenger of Allah -forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family- it is not allowed for them the silence. So let us have the book of Allah as a judge and if I do not be guarding over you with the True law from their Lord from His precise Book until they do not find any strain in their hearts as to that which I deiced among them and they submit with full submission or the disbelieve with the laws of Allah in the marriage and divorce in the Great Quran, and if they come and proved from the precise Book of Allah that the law of Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni contradicting what Allah revealed so at that it is not allowed for a supportive helper the continuation in following me as long I judged in the divorce in contradiction to Allah's rules in the law of the Book, and only if I proved the rules of Allah the True in the divorce from the precise Book of Allah then the did not acknowledge with the Truth from their Lord and they continue in the women's oppression whether they were the people of the Torah or the Gospel or the Quran, so I warn them with a severe punishment from Allah. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High:

{And whoever judges not by what Allah has revealed, those are the transgressors.}5:47
{And whoever judges not by what Allah has revealed, those are the disbelievers.}5:44
{And whoever judges not by what Allah has revealed, those are the oppressors.}5:45
{وَمَن لَّمْ يَحْكُم بِمَا أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ}صدق الله العظيم [المائدة:47].
{وَمَن لَّمْ يَحْكُم بِمَا أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْكَافِرُونَ} صدق الله العظيم [المائدة:44].
{وَمَن لَّمْ يَحْكُم بِمَا أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ} صدق الله العظيم [المائدة:45].
Truthful Allah the Great

if you apply the law of Allah with the Truth then the percentage of divorce will get reduced in the Islamic world to 95% percent.
So follow me perhaps you and your nation receive His mercy.

And peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah the Lord of the worlds.

Divorce remains utterly and not be applied legally only after their prescribed period is ended,
so do not oppress the believing women O community of believing men..

So if it was the third divorce let her remain in her husband’s house until the expiration of her prescribed time of the three months

Verily if Allah commanded that it is not permissible that the woman to return to the protection of the man except after that she marries another and he divorces her, then at that her (new marriage) agreement with the first husband is permissible..

Here comes a question to my mind.. In that case what for is her staying in her first husband’s home in the case of impermissible of their return to each other???.. And her staying no hope is obtained from it for their return (to each other).. Because that is preconditioned by her marriage to another man..

So however has the answer, please let him reply to us, (it is) appreciated

In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, forgiveness and peace be upon my grandfather the messenger of Allah and his righteous family and the followers of the Truth til the day of judgement, after this..

And Allah the Most High said: {O Prophet, when you divorce women, divorce them for their prescribed period, and calculate the period;}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Talaq] 65:1
{ يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ إِذَا طَلَّقْتُمُ النِّسَاء فَطَلِّقُوهُنَّ لِعِدَّتِهِنَّ وَأَحْصُوا الْعِدَّةَ } صدق الله العظيم [الطلاق:1].

Then you knew that the divorce not be applied legally at the time of uttering it at all; but it would be applied legally after the prescribed period being ended. Confirming to the word of Allah the Most High: {divorce them for their prescribed period}Truthful Allah the Great. If he divorced her for the first time and did not back off his decision only after the prescribed period came to an end then here returning her is done by a new marriage covenant from her guardian, and it is counted for one divorce, so if he divorced her for the second time and did not back off the divorce' decision only after the prescribed period came to an end then here it is counted the second divorce, so finally if he divorced her as that it would not be applied legally except after the prescribed period is ended for it is not considered that he divorced he only tow times despite that he had divorced her for the third time but it is not counted legally except tow times until the final prescribed period comes to an end, then if her prescribed period is passed and her husband did not back off before the ending of the prescribed period then here to accomplish applying the ousting divorce, verily she is unlawful to him until she marries another person
{فَطَلِّقُوهُنَّ لِعِدَّتِهِنَّ وَأَحْصُوا الْعِدَّةَ} صدق الله العظيم

O my mother I see you saying it is no use being hoped for keeping her in her husband's home for it is the last divorce of ousting. Then we reply to you O mother and say: the ousting divorce also should not apply it legally unless after their prescribed period had ended for she is still in her husband's marriage covenant legally undoubtedly. Even if one of you said to his wife you are divorced million times she is still in her husband's marriage covenant until the prescribed period is ended.

And calculate the period so you do not commit an open indecency because it her prescribed period is ended the divorce became valid, so who ever touched her after the ending of her prescribed period and he did not make marriage covenant for him by her guardian he just committed an open indecency and it is an evil way, because marriage contract is twice and the divorce is twice and no divorce except by the prescribed period, the divorce is not legally applied only after the expiration of the prescribed period, so remember: The divorce is not legitimately be applied directly after pronounce it; but after the expiration of the prescribed period and for that Allah the Most High said: {divorce them for their prescribed period, and calculate the period;}Truthful Allah the Great
{فَطَلِّقُوهُنَّ لِعِدَّتِهِنَّ وَأَحْصُوا الْعِدَّةَ} صدق الله العظيم [الطلاق:1].

And as that the ousting divorce has prescribed period as for the first and the second divorce except it differs in what if the ousting divorce's prescribed period had ended and he wanted to back off his ousting after the expiration of prescribed period of the ousting divorce so she would not be lawful for him until she marries another person but he can keep her before the end of the prescribed period even by one day because the ousting divorce is not considered a divorce unless if it reached its prescribed period for the divorced women, but if
the desertion divorce did not get to its calculated period it is not considered that he divorced her other than twice, and he can keep her in good fellowship or let go (of her) with kindness. And Allah the Most High said: {Divorce is twice; then keep (them) in good fellowship or let (them) go with kindness. And it is not lawful for you to take any part of what you have given them,}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqara] 2:229

The fact divorce has prescribed period and stays utterance and not applying it legally except after the expiration of the prescribed period, even the desertion divorce has prescribed period and not permissible for her the marriage except after the end of the prescribed period, and not allowed for her family to get her out of her husband's house before the expiration of the prescribed period for she is still in his marriage contract, and not allowed for her husband to get her out of his house and her house before the end of her prescribed period,
and not allowed for her to get her out of her husband's house before the end of her prescribed period perhaps after that Allah would bring about an event so her husband backs off the divorce before the end of her prescribed period. So keep your obligation O crowd of the believers by the law of divorce. Confirming to the word of Allah the Most High: {O Prophet, when you divorce women, divorce them for their prescribed period, and calculate the period; and keep your duty to Allah, your Lord. Turn them not out of their houses — nor should they themselves go forth — unless they commit an open indecency. And these are the limits of Allah. And whoever goes beyond the limits of Allah, he indeed wrongs his own soul. You do not know perhaps after that Allah would bring about an event.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Talaq] 65:1
{يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ إِذَا طَلَّقْتُمُ النِّسَاءَ فَطَلِّقُوهُنَّ لِعِدَّتِهِنَّ وَأَحْصُوا الْعِدَّةَ ۖ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّـهَ رَ‌بَّكُمْ ۖ لَا تُخْرِ‌جُوهُنَّ مِن بُيُوتِهِنَّ وَلَا يَخْرُ‌جْنَ إِلَّا أَن يَأْتِينَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ مُّبَيِّنَةٍ ۚ وَتِلْكَ حُدُودُ اللَّـهِ ۚ وَمَن يَتَعَدَّ حُدُودَ اللَّـهِ فَقَدْ ظَلَمَ نَفْسَهُ ۚ لَا تَدْرِ‌ي لَعَلَّ اللَّـهَ يُحْدِثُ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ أَمْرً‌ا ﴿1﴾} صدق الله العظيم [الطلاق].

O female-servant of the All Merciful, this is a forged narration from loyal-friends of satan, and Allah has sent down no authority for it in the decisive Quran, in fact it is contrary to all laws of Allah in (Al-Furqan) the
Discriminator, so be steadfast by Allah He is your Protector; the Excellent Protector and Excellent Helper, and follow the True explanatory-statement for the grand Quran, and hold-fast by the light of True explanatory-statement for the grand Quran which had descended upon His messenger in order for Allah to guide who held-fast by it to the straight path. Confirming to the word of Allah the Most High: {O people, manifest proof has indeed come to you from your Lord and We have sent down to you a clear light.(174) Then as for those who believe in Allah and hold fast by Him, He will admit them to His mercy and grace, and guide them to Himself on a right path.(175)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nisa] 4:174-175

The prescribed period is not to be dropped at all except in one condition only if he divorced her before her husband comes to his tilth.

In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, forgiveness and peace be upon my grandfather the love of my heart in the love of my Lord Mohammad the messengers of Allah and all the messengers of Allah and His prophets and their righteous purified families, we do not differentiate among any of His messengers and to Him we are submitter Muslims, after this..

O you whose questioning that says: ((Is it dutiful upon her to keep her obligation of the prescribed period upon her second dead husband?)). Then the Imam Mahdi reply to her and we declare by the Truth no doubt in it and not by conjuncture which does not avail against the Truth a thing, but we declare by the Truth and Allah leads to success.
The prescribed period an essential basic condition for the validity of the marriage, and which woman marries before the end of her prescribed period then her marriage is void and forbidden so the lineages does not mix whether her husband died or her divorced her.


If her new husband divorced her as that she is would not be lawful for who was her husband before unless her prescribed period had ended for she is still in his marriage contract until the prescribed period is passed because the application of the divorce legally is after the passing of the prescribed period, so if the prescribed period had ended and her husband has not back down of the divorce then the application of the divorce happens legally and getting her out of her husband's house for she became not lawful for him except with a new marriage contract from her guardian, because their divorce is not permissible applying it after the utterance of divorce, for the fact his wife is still in his marriage contract even if he said to his wife you are divorced for a thousand times she is still his wife in his marriage contract legally for applying their divorce legally is: {for their prescribed period, and calculate the period;}
{لِعِدَّتِهِنَّ وَأَحْصُوا الْعِدَّةَ}

And not permissible for her husband to get her out of her home before the ending of the prescribed period for she is still in his marriage contract legally, and her marital rights still in the absolute material requiring her husband to spend upon her, but mating the night with her should drops unless both bake down off the divorce, and if he touched her by mating then here the prescribed period is invalid. And not permissible for her husband to mate her and he is still insisting upon the divorce, and if he wants mating her let him get one family member of his house whose just to witness or his neighbors that he backed down off the divorce so he does not accuse he with an open indecency if he was of the wicked. Confirming with the words of Allah the Most High: {and call to witness two just ones from among you, and give upright testimony for Allah. With that is admonished he who believes in Allah and the Latter Day. And whoever keeps his duty to Allah, He ordains a way out for him,}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Talaq] 65:2
{وَأَشْهِدُوا ذَوَي عَدْلٍ مِنْكُمْ وَأَقِيمُوا الشَّهَادَةَ لِلَّهِ ذَلِكُمْ يُوعَظُ بِهِ مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ وَمَنْ يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يَجْعَلْ لَهُ مَخْرَجًا} صدق الله العظيم [الطلاق:2]

It is not permissible for her to leave from her husband's house before the finishing the divorce's prescribed period, and in that a mercy from Allah for the spouses and the children perhaps her husband backs down off the divorce before the ending of the prescribed period. so keep your duty to Allah O crowd of the married and be committed by the command of Allah to you in His decisive Book understand it the scholars of the nation and the Muslims in general in the word of Allah the Most High: {O Prophet, when you divorce women, divorce them for their prescribed period, and calculate the period; and keep your duty to Allah, your Lord. Turn them not out of their houses — nor should they themselves go forth — unless they commit an open indecency. And these are the limits of Allah. And whoever goes beyond the limits of Allah, he indeed wrongs his own soul. You do not know perhaps after that Allah would bring about an event.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Talaq] 65:1

In the prescribed period a magnified wisdom and not removing her from her husband's house for they may back down off the divorce and agree before the ending of the prescribed period then water returns to its ways, as well the wisdom of the prescribed period to non-mixing the lineages, so if Allah made lawful for her the marriage instantly after the divorce and after three or four months it cleared that she is pregnant whether her husband divorced her or died therein then who knows if the father of the born her new husband or the old!

And I did not find in Allah's Book that He made lawful for the woman the marriage directly after the divorce except in one situation and it is: If he husband divorced after marriage before they mate. So if he did not get to his tilth from her upon the divorce since he married her so if he divorced her then here the prescribed period is dropped and it is lawful for the divorced (woman) the marriage directly after the divorce for he did not come to his tilth from her, then there is no suspicion if she got pregnant from her new husband because her first husband did not come to his tilth from her, so no term to calculate it. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {O you who believe, when you marry believing women, then divorce them before you touch them, you have in their case no term which you should reckon. But make provision for them and set them free in a goodly manner.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Ahzab] 33:49
{يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِذَا نَكَحْتُمُ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ ثُمَّ طَلَّقْتُمُوهُنَّ مِن قَبْلِ أَن تَمَسُّوهُنَّ فَمَا لَكُمْ عَلَيْهِنَّ مِنْ عِدَّةٍ تَعْتَدُّونَهَا فَمَتِّعُوهُنَّ وَسَرِّحُوهُنَّ سَرَاحاً جَمِيلاً (49)} صدق الله العظيم [الأحزاب:49].

In this case apply the judgement of the breach between both spouses in the decisive Quran {an arbiter from his family and an arbiter from her family.}
{ حَكَمًا مِنْ أَهْلِهِ وَحَكَمًا مِنْ أَهْلِهَا }


In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, and forgiveness and peace be upon who there is no prophet after him, and upon Allah's khalifa and His guardian after Him,Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni.
Frankly... no shyness in the religion... I have an important question O my beloved and the beloved of Allah and the believers.
Divorce..
I have a sister married to one of the students of Eman University. But he is sick so every day or every week batters his wife and threatens her by the killing and the slaughtering and beats her and takes her to the mountain so she does not runaway.. and we learned about this matter and we took the sister upon him and so on and so forth etc. and now she wants the divorce from her husband, and he does not accept so give me a decision in this matter O friend of Allah because I gave you my allegiance I should consult you in all matters. And Thanks... excuse me for any thing happened from me or short come from me.

In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, and forgiveness and peace be upon all the prophets of Allah and His messengers and their righteous families, and those who followed them in righteousness in ever time and place till the Day of Judgement, after this..


Peace and mercy of Allah be upon you and His blessings, my beloved for Allah's sake and ask Allah to be pleased off you and all the supportive helpers and to make me and you firm upon the straight path, O joy of the eye we just received your question about the solution when the occurrence of breach between a married couple. So it is not permissible forcing her husband onto the divorce directly at the occurrence of breach between both of them, but I will give a declaration by the Truth and the Truth should be followed in this matter, you must apply the judgement of Allah in His decisive Book at occurrence of breach between a married couple and the judgement of Allah is: {an arbiter from his family and an arbiter from her family.} Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nisa] 4:35.
{And if you fear a breach between the two, appoint an arbiter from his family and an arbiter from her family. If they both desire agreement, Allah will effect harmony between them. Surely Allah is ever Knowing, Aware.} Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nisa] 4:35
{حَكَمًا مِنْ أَهْلِهِ وَحَكَمًا مِنْ أَهْلِهَا}
{حَكَمًا مِنْ أَهْلِهِ وَحَكَمًا مِنْ أَهْلِهَا}؛ {وإِنْ خِفْتُمْ شِقَاقَ بَيْنِهِمَا فَابْعَثُوا حَكَمًا مِنْ أَهْلِهِ وَحَكَمًا مِنْ أَهْلِهَا إِنْ يُرِيدَا إِصْلَاحًا يُوَفِّقِ اللَّهُ بَيْنَهُمَا ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا خَبِيرًا} صدق الله العظيم [النساء:35].

On a condition that his guardians to be from his family sponsoring the husband by executing the judgement which the (tow) arbiters reached to it, and as that her guardians to be from her family sponsoring their daughter or sister by executing the judgement which they agreed upon it the (two) arbiters. I ask Allah to be pleased off you and to make you pleased by the bliss of His pleasure.

:The true explanatory-statement for the word of Allah the Most High
{And those of your women who despair of menstruation, if you have a doubt, their prescribed time is three months, and of those, too, who have not had their courses. }
{ وَاللَّائِي يَئِسْنَ مِنَ الْمَحِيضِ مِن نِّسَائِكُمْ إِنِ ارْتَبْتُمْ فَعِدَّتُهُنَّ ثَلَاثَةُ أَشْهُرٍ وَاللَّائِي لَمْ يَحِضْنَ }
Truthful Allah the Great

In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon Allah’s messenger Mohammad, prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family, and all the believers in every time and place till the day of judgement, after this..


Allah’s peace, mercy and His blessings be upon you my beloved the best foremost supporters in the era of dialogue before the appearing, peace be upon us and upon Allah’s righteous servants. Here is the True explanatory-statement to you and to all the Muslims in which they differed in the word of Allah the Most High: {And those of your women who despair of menstruation, if you have a doubt, their prescribed time is three months, and of those, too, who do not menstruate.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Talaaq] 65:4
{وَاللَّائِي يَئِسْنَ مِنَ الْمَحِيضِ مِن نِّسَائِكُمْ إِنِ ارْتَبْتُمْ فَعِدَّتُهُنَّ ثَلَاثَةُ أَشْهُرٍ وَاللَّائِي لَمْ يَحِضْنَ} صدق الله العظيم [الطلاق:4].

In these verses Allah clarifies to you the prescribed period for the women past childbearing whom still hope for copulate and they want the marriage after that her husband divorced her while she is originally a woman despaired of menstruation because the session of the monthly cycle from her for several years and it cleared to her that she is a woman past childbearing, so her prescribed period as well as the prescribed period of the divorced women three months, or the cycle had cut off from her before the divorce by several months, so either she is pregnant or she is of whom do not menstruate monthly because of irregular monthly cycle with her, so definitely it comes down from her womb the maximum time of three months, or that she entered in the age of the women who past childbearing and passed for the session of the cycle three months before the divorce and the cycle did not come to her, verily here is the suspicion;to the fact she is either pregnant and her prescribed period that she lay down her bearing (give birth), or that she is being entered in the age of past child bearing, and here is the suspicion for the fact even if she were of the women do not menstruate in a monthly form because of the irregular cycle with her, so it is necessary that the cycle would come to her after passing three months, and if the cycle did not come to her after lapse of three months before the divorce surely here is the suspicion, so she either being pregnant or she entered the gave of past childbearing, but she still hopes copulation (marriage) to the fact she is still beginning in the age of past childbearing but she and her husband do not know menstruate whether she is pregnant because of secession of the cycle from her three month before the divorce or she entered in the age of past childbearing of the women, and for that her prescribed period as that as the prescribed period of the divorced women; three months starting from the prescribed time of the divorce three months since the reckoning of the prescribed period of the divorce. And that is the True explanatory-statement for the word of Allah the Most High: {And those of your women who despair of menstruation, if you have a doubt, their prescribed time is three months, and of those, too, who do not menstruate. And the pregnant women, their prescribed time is that they lay down their burden. And whoever keeps his duty to Allah, He makes his affair easy for him.(4) That is the command of Allah, which He has revealed to you. And whoever keeps his duty to Allah, He will remove from him his evils and give him a big reward.(5)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Talaaq] 65:4-5
{وَاللَّائِي يَئِسْنَ مِنَ الْمَحِيضِ مِن نِّسَائِكُمْ إِنِ ارْتَبْتُمْ فَعِدَّتُهُنَّ ثَلَاثَةُ أَشْهُرٍ وَاللَّائِي لَمْ يَحِضْنَ ۚ وَأُولَاتُ الْأَحْمَالِ أَجَلُهُنَّ أَن يَضَعْنَ حَمْلَهُنَّ ۚ وَمَن يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يَجْعَل لَّهُ مِنْ أَمْرِهِ يُسْرًا (4) ذَٰلِكَ أَمْرُ اللَّهِ أَنزَلَهُ إِلَيْكُمْ ۚ وَمَن يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يُكَفِّرْ عَنْهُ سَيِّئَاتِهِ وَيُعْظِمْ لَهُ أَجْرًا (5)} صدق الله العظيم [الطلاق].

As for those who made lawful the copulation of a female child of the women because of their lack of understanding to the word of Allah the Most High: {who do not menstruate} so they thought that it is permissible copulating (marrying) the female child of the woman while she is still young! It is then how can they calculate her prescribed period three months then she marries with another while she did not have her monthly cycle or manifest the she is pregnant or clears that she is past childbearing. Don’t they take caution those who say of Allah what they do not know from the companions of the explanations in the Book from themselves? And their reckoning is with their Lord, and they carry their burden and the burden of whom they followed them till the day of resurrection because of their obedience to the command of satan that they say against Allah what they do not know, so the misguided themselves and they misguided their nation.
{وَاللَّائِي لَمْ يَحِضْنَ}

..And peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds
